Last weekend on a usual Saturday family night out, I came across some fantastic deals for me and the little munchkin that were so good, I had to check the receipt several times to make sure I was seeing the right numbers. No decent Saturday night lacks a little shopping in some capacity, but this was definitely one for the books as being a great bargain hunting expedition, mixed in with a little bit of family fun time while at The Block in Orange.
This onesie could not be more perfect to describe my Petite Princess. She may be tiny, but certainly does not lack in the spunk or energy departments. Come over right before her bedtime to watch her climb and squirm around like a baby orangutan looking for a lost banana and you can see what I mean. Ironically or perhaps in her case, befittingly, this onesie is still too large despite it being in her size.
I think these pants were meant to be capris for a 2 year old, but are the perfect length for Kylie. Good thing I've got a petite one, and not baby Giselle Bunchen on my hands. But that is only in reference to height, as far as beauty is concerned my Kylie is definitely a contender. Of course, that is purely my unbiased, completely neutral opinion ;-) Her smaller stature definitely makes for easier pant shopping and relatively minimal "baby pant ride up syndrome", as I like to call it. However, sometimes no matter how long the pant legs, she (and many other babies I've encountered) are still afflicted by this condition where normal length pants mysteriously transform into capris. It is just one of those phenomenons of life that we may never know the answer to. I'm debating on contacting Unsolved Mysteries to help me uncover this issue, but this may prove too trying even for the likes of syndicated network television.
